Set aside time to breathe deeply and focus inward. This style of Yoga is methodical, gentle and excellent for beginners. Hatha is a Sanskrit word meaning “force” which implies this practice will balance your (spiritual + physical) energies while using your breath as your guiding force.
Suitable for people of all ages and stages, regardless of physical status.

Go with the flow, create heat from within and become flexible in both mind and body. This style of Yoga is faster paced as postures are connected through breath and movement. The Sanskrit word Vinyasa means “to place something in a sacred and special way.” Therefore flowing (a.k.a. Vinyasa) sequences are specifically designed to energize and strengthen your physical and mental states.
Suitable for intermediate and advanced Yogis.

Stretch, strengthen and breathe safely to prepare for delivery and motherhood. Breathing techniques are practiced to manage daily stressors and to be used during labour and delivery. Stretch tired muscles and support your changing body with strengthening exercises and modified Yoga postures.
Suitable for women in all stages of pregnancy as Pre Natal Yoga will positively enhance your mind/body connection and the bond you share with your growing baby.
-
Self care at its utmost best. Return to your mat 6-8 weeks post delivery to ensure you are filling your cup. All classes are catered to support fatigue, physical discomforts from the demands of motherhood, and to honour the majestic connection you share with your new self and your babe. A perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates inspired abdominal and pelvic floor exercises will allow you to feel amazing from the inside out.
Suitable for Mamas who have clearance to exercise from their OBGYN.

Creative and fun, Yoga is a perfect activity for kids. Your child will learn how to manage their “monkey mind” by using their breath and by learning Yoga poses. Postures are age and developmentally appropriate which gives children a safe space to learn and explore how their physical bodies move and how their breath plays an important role in their daily lives.
Suitable for birthday parties, lunchtime/after school activities and small groups in your home.

Take a break from it all to centre, refocus your energy and ultimately become more present. Breathing techniques and Yoga postures are carefully chosen so participants have an opportunity during their work day to de-stress their minds and to de-kink aches and pains in their physical bodies.
Suitable for all ages and stages, as modifications are encouraged.
