Hi, my name is Sarah Brager - I’m glad you’re here.   

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and Pediatric Sleep Consultant, but I am also a woman, mother, daughter, wife, sister, auntie, friend and so much more.

I know vitality is directly related to ones mental and physical health status - and I’m here to help you increase your ability and awareness to enjoy each present moment.   From Yoga to Pediatric Sleep Consulting I’m here for you.

I began my career in 2007 as  Nursery and JK/SK teacher with a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Seneca College.  I began my personal Yoga journey at the age of 23 and I have never looked back. 

In 2010 I completed my Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Space in Toronto.  This course seriously impacted my life trajectory, as Yoga simply became a way of life.  Over the years I have continued my education by completing a Pre + Post Natal Yoga Certification at Esther Myers Yoga Studio and a Kids Yoga Certification with Bee Birch Yoga Therapy.  

Most recently, I have graduated from the Institute of Pediatric Sleep and Parenting and I am a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant.  I believe in uplifting and supporting people of all ages and stages, especially pregnant woman and young families.  

I have a dynamic approach to teaching Yoga.  I want my students to feel comfortable and confident on their mats.  My classes are often met with laughter and fun.  

As a Pediatric Sleep Consultant I am committed to improving your families sleep quality.  There is nothing harder than functioning (and parenting!) while sleep deprived - I know first hand.  Professional advice and guidance is necessary at times.  

My mantra is “Keep Calm And Yoga On,” and this mentality impacts my own life experiences whether I am teaching Yoga, practicing on my own mat, and certainly helpful while I maneuver life at home with my husband and 3 young children!
